LServices of the photographer, rights and obligations of the customer

1. The customer acknowledges that the photographic works created are copyrighted works within the meaning of copyright law(URG) acts.

2. Photographic works, especially RAW files, remain the property of the photographer. The customer has no right of retention to the image material provided.

 

usage rights

1. With the payment of the order, the customer acquires a license to use the processed and delivered photographic work.

2. The photographic work created may be used in accordance with the use agreed in the context of the order.

3. The photographer can use the photographic work for self-promotion and, unless otherwise agreed, license it to third parties.

4. Exclusive rights and blocking periods in favor of the customer must be agreed and remunerated separately.

1. Image processing (RAW conversions, image selection, retouching, image optimization, etc.) will be charged separately

2. If images are supplied from the archive, in addition to the license fee, there is also an archive usage fee according to the SAB tariff.
